Urstadt Biddle Properties has appointed Richard Grellier to the board of directors. Grellier has been added to the audit committee and nominating and corporate governance committee, and is among the company’s class II directors. He will succeed Peter Herrick, who recently stepped down from his post. Grellier was on the Urstadt board of consultants from 2002 to 2010. He is currently a managing director of Deutsche Bank Securities.
