European private equity firm Cinven has sold Phadia Group for €2.47 billion, AltAssets reports. The Swedish in-vitro allergy diagnostics company was bought by Thermo Fisher Scientific. Cinven’s healthcare team purchased the company in 2007 for €1.285 billion. The company will now operate under the Thermo Fisher Scientific brand.
