Oklahoma City-based Exchange Traded Concepts is seeking to launch a range of consumer-focused China ETFs, Index Universe reports. The offering will be partnered by Krane Funds Adviser. The ETFs introduce new concepts such as an urbanization fund and a five-year plan fund. The ETFs include the KraneShares China Consumer Luxury ETF, benchmarked against the Dow Jones China Consumer Luxury Index, which will invest in companies providing high-end consumer goods and services. The KraneShares China Alternative Energy ETF will track the performance of the Dow Jones Alternative Energy Index and include companies linked to alternative energy sources such as solar power and wind.
