Bassam Salem has joined Citi Private Bank as CEO of Asia Pacific. He will be succeeding Aamir Rahim, who has been appointed head of Citi’s public sector group for Asia Pacific.
Based in Hong Kong, Bassam will be part of Citi’s Asia Pacific executive committee. He has earlier worked at Citi Private Bank for 15 years held several roles, including as a banker, regional investments head in Asia and EMEA and also global investments head.
