China Coal Energy is looking to raise $2.33 billion through a sale of five-year notes, The Wall Street Journal reports. The notes will be issued in the interbank market. The proceeds will be used by the company to boost its working capital. The lead underwriters for the offering are China International Capital and Industrial & Commercial Bank of China.
