Commercial real estate investment trust RXR Realty has bought the Starrett-Lehigh Building in far-west Chelsea for $920 million.

Commercial real estate investment trust RXR Realty has bought the Starrett-Lehigh Building in far-west Chelsea for $920 million, Globest reports. The sellers of the New York office building were Shorenstein Properties and an investment group.

The building is 93% rented to tenants, including Martha Stewart Omnimedia, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren. The property was marketed by Eastdil Secured.
