The University of Virginia Darden School of Business and the Darden School Foundation has expanded its board by adding four new members. The foundation has appointed James Cooper, Luann Lynch, Scott Price and Frank Sands as the new members on the board. The trustees will serve the board for three year. Presently, Cooper is a senior managing partner at Thompson Street Capital Partners, while Lynch is a Darden professor of business administration. Price is the president and CEO of Walmart Asia and Sands is a senior founder and Chairman of Sands Capital Management.
