The World Bank has granted a loan worth $300 million for two geothermal powers plants in Indonesia.

The World Bank has granted a loan worth $300 million for two geothermal powers plants in Indonesia, The Wall Street Journal reports. The lender will be working with Pertamina Energy to boost power generation capacity of two plants in Ulubelu, South Sumatra and Lahendong, North Sulawesi.

The project is scheduled to be completed by 2015. The project is part of a proposal to provide more clean energy in country.
