Wells Fargo has appointed Kevin McQuilkin as manager of mergers and acquisitions for industrial companies, Bloomberg reports. The hiring comes after the lender expanded its investment bank.

McQuilkin has joined Well Fargo from Deutsche Bank, where he was head of metals and mining investment banking. Prior to this, he was also associated with JPMorgan Chase.
