RBS Risk Head To Join Lloyds

Royal Bank of Scotland’s head of restructuring and risk Nathan Bostock is stepping down from his position.

Royal Bank of Scotland’s (RBS) head of restructuring and risk Nathan Bostock is stepping down from his position, Financial Times reports. Bostock is joining Lloyds Banking Group as the head of its wholesale banking operation.

In his new role at Lloyds, Bostock will succeed Truett Tate, a board member who moves to being the vice-chairman of the bank. Bostock joined RBS in 2009 to handle the bank’s non-core division.
