Helmut Bernkopf has joined UniCredit as head of its private banking division, Reuters reports. At the Italian lender, he will work under general manager Roberto Nicastro.
Bernkopf has been working as head of corporate and investment banking at UniCredit’s Bank Austria unit since September 2008. He has also been a member of the Austrian bank’s management board.
