NYSE Euronext has named Finbarr Hutcheson as executive vice president of global over-the-counter (OTC) services. He will work with market users to launch new services to support OTC global markets in response to regulatory reform. He will report to CEO Duncan Niederauer. Previously, Hutcheson has worked with Goldman Sachs and Fimat International Banque.
