Fidelity Investments Institutional Services (FIIS) is seeking to appoint a new president, MutualFundWire reports. The new hire will succeed Peter Cieszko, who vacated the position in January 2011. Scott Couto, executive vice president and head of investment product management, marketing and investor consulting services for FIIS, will continue to work as interim chief of FIIS. FIIS is the division that distributes the Boston-based firm’s mutual funds and 401(k) offerings via intermediaries.
