Sable NGL will acquire some assets in the Bakken area of North Dakota from U.S. oil and gas company EOG Resources. The affiliate of Aux Sable will pay around $185 million for the deal.
As a part of the deal, the buyer will remain as the sole operator of the Stanley Condensate Recovery Plant and the Prairie Rose Pipeline. The transaction is expected to be completed in July this year.
