The General Motors Foundation has donated $2.5 million to the College for Creative Studies (CCS), an educator of automotive designers. The donation will be used to support the ongoing $145 million redevelopment of the college’s A Alfred Taubman Center for Design Education.
The project has also received grants from various CCS trustees, private foundations, corporations and many individuals. CCS requires nearly $4 million more to keep the redevelopment on track.
