The University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation has appointed Jim Orban as the new President and CEO. Orban will be responsible for the vision, leadership, management and operations of the Foundation.
He will also head the Foundation’s effort to put up a $100 million endowment fund for cardiovascular research. Orban has previously worked with Ottawa Citizen and Algonquin College. He will join from June 27, 2011.
