Aedes is selling a commercial building in Rome for nearly €80 million, PropertyEU reports. The deal comprises a cash payment of €8.5 million and the transfer of debt worth around €74 million. Name of the buyer has not been disclosed. The deal is expected to close by end-September 2011. The Italian real estate investment and services firm has been selling a part of its portfolio since the signing of a refinancing deal with its creditor banks in early 2009, which postponed the repayment of some €800 million of debt to 2014.
