Gemini Fund Services has launched the Northern Lights Fund Trust II, its second shared mutual fund trust. The trust will help improve marketing, distribution and implementation of alternative funds.
The product is a shared mutual fund trust of independent funds, all managed by separate advisors. The advisors managing five funds have joined the new trust to expand operational efficiency, economies of scale and fund sales. The advisors are Ascentia Capital Partners, Advisors Preferred and Two Oaks Investment Management, adds MutualFundWire.
