Direxion is planning to roll out the Direxion Nasdaq-100 Equal Weighted Index Shares ETF, Benzinga reports. The Nasdaq ETF will be an equal-weight competitor to the PowerShares QQQ ETF.
In May 2011, the ETF issuer filed plans to unveil nine new India-focused ETFs. The firm also rolled out Russian ETFs, including the Direxion Daily Russia Bull 3X Shares and the Direxion Daily Russia 3X Bear Shares.
