Kazakhs, Kyrgyz To Set Up $100M Fund

Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan will establish a $100 million investment fund.

Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan will establish a $100 million investment fund, Central Asia Online reports, citing Kazakhstan Today. The new vehicle will be designed to fund Kyrgyz business ventures.

The venture will be in the field of energy, telecom, transport infrastructure, tourism and other fields. The agreement was signed during a visit by a delegation from Kazakhstan’s Samruk-Kazyna sovereign wealth fund.
