Poland has secured a €750 million loan from the World Bank for green energy investments, Business Journal reports. The funding will be used towards lowering energy consumption and increase the share of renewable sources.

The European nation launched an energy efficiency and renewable energy program to help lower its emissions. The loan provided by the World Bank will be allocated to the state budget, adds thenews.pl.
