Van Cliburn Foundation President Quits

Van Cliburn Foundation president and CEO David Worters has stepped down from his role.

Van Cliburn Foundation president and CEO David Worters has stepped down from his role, Houston Chronicle reports. He joined the system on Dec. 1, 2010, when he replaced Richard Rodzinski.

Prior to joining the Cliburn Foundation, Worters led the North Carolina Symphony. The foundation is seeking to appoint an interim president until a replacement is hired.
