Bain Capital has unveiled a new Asia Fund, Reuters reports. The private equity firm’s fund will seek to raise more than $1 billion.
Bain is planning to pursue oversees acquisitions worth about $1.25 billion in partnership with Japan corporates. The vehicle is seeking to invest in Japan, China and India.
