New York-based private equity firm Pine Brook Road Partners has appointed Richard Aube as a managing director. In his new role, Aube will be responsible for heading Pine Brook’s energy investing operations.
He will work along with existing energy partners Mike McMahon, Oliver Goldstein and Craig Jarchow. Most recently, Aube served at DE Shaw & Company as a managing director for North American private equity business. He has also worked with JP Morgan Partners as a partner.
