Korea Aerospace Plans $536M Offering

Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) is seeking to raise $536.4 million in an public offering.

Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) is seeking to raise $536.4 million in an public offering, The Wall Street Journal reports. Hyundai Motor and Samsung Techwin will offer around 24.6 million of their existing shares in KAI.

Hyundai Securities and Woori Investment & Securities have been appointed as the joint lead managers for the offering. The Korea Exchange has approved KAI’s offering application to list around 97.5 million shares on the exchange.
