Regency Energy Partners and its subsidiary, Regency Energy Finance, will issue senior notes worth about $500 million. The notes, which carry a coupon rate of 6.5%, will mature on July 15, 2021, adds Reuters. The sale proceeds may be used to repay outstanding borrowings under its existing revolving credit facility. Morgan Stanley, RBS, BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities are the joint book-running managers on the deal.
