Arle Capital has led a buyout, with engineering group Stork Technical Services, of Scotland-based oilfield services firm RBG, The Wall Street Journal reports. The private equity firm and Stork acquired the company from private equity shop, 3i Group.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Arle Capital spun out of the buyout house Candover last January. 3i and Ashley Group established RBG in 2004 by merging three businesses in the oil sector.
