Grosvenor To Buy French Mall For €150M

Grosvenor Fund Management is acquiring two shopping centers in Marseille and Reims in France.

Grosvenor Fund Management is acquiring two shopping centers in Marseille and Reims in France, PropertyEU reports. The private equity fund manager will pay a total of about €150 million for the acquisition. The properties are being sold by Unibail-Rodamco as part of its strategy to focus on dominant shopping malls. On the deal, which is scheduled to be signed by the end May 2011, C&W will be advising the vendor.
