Financial services provider, State Street, has hired Craig Butterworth as head of fixed income sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Based in London, Butterworth will work under head of fixed income rates for EMEA, Jon Thoresen, and global head of fixed income sales, Peter Turk. Butterworth will head State Street Global Market’s fixed income sales team to develop its rates business with new and current clients. Previously, Craig served at Royal Bank of Scotland as managing director, head of flow rates sales, U.K. funds and hedge funds.
