Goldman Sells $1.35B In Australian Bonds

Goldman Sachs has raised $1.35 billion through the sale of notes in Australia.

Goldman Sachs has raised $1.35 billion through the sale of notes in Australia, Bloomberg reports. The notes will mature in 5.5 years.

The notes sold included $544 million of floating-rate bonds, priced to yield 205 basis points more than the bank bill swap rate. The New York-based bank last sold $217.2 million of 10-year Australian notes in March 2006.
