The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) has appointed Thomas Callahan to its board of directors. He is also serving as executive vice president and CEO of NYSE Liffe U.S., the U.S. futures exchange of NYSE Euronext. Before joining NYSE Euronext in 2008, he served as head of global financial futures and options at Merrill Lynch. Prior to that, Callahan worked for Prudential Securities.
