HSBC Global Asset Management has unveiled two new emerging market investment debt funds, What Investment reports. The HSBC GIF Global Emerging Markets Investment Grade Bond invests in emerging markets sovereign and corporate securities that are investment grade at the time of purchase. The HSBC GIF Global Emerging Markets Corporate Debt invests in the debt of companies and is benchmarked against the JP Morgan Corporate Emerging Markets Bond Index. Both funds, which are led by global emerging market debt portfolio management head, Guillermo Osses, are part of HSBC’s flagship Luxembourg-based Global Investment Funds SICAV range.
