NAMA To Make First Repayment Ahead Of Schedule

Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency says it will make its first repayments of bonds or senior securities in the near future, reports The Wall Street Journal.

Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency says it will make its first repayments of bonds or senior securities in the near future. The €250 million ($340.1 million) payment is said to be ahead of schedule by the agency that has issued to date €28.6 billion ($38.9 billion) of senior securities. NAMA also announced that it has recovered its investment on a bank loans with sale of a landmark commercial building in Dublin to Google for €99.9 million ($135.9 million).
