Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI) has enhanced its U.S. marketing team with the hiring of two senior executives. The U.S. privately owned investment manager has appointed Larry Teitelbaum as principal and Steven McSkimming as vice president of marketing and client services team.

Teitelbaum will be responsible for capital raising, marketing and client services primarily in the Midwest, while McSkimming will provide marketing support and client services to clients and consultants primarily in western U.S. Prior to joining PREI, Teitelbaum was senior vice president of marketing and client services for ING Clarion Partners and McSkimming was a portfolio manager and investment committee member of Russell Investments in San Diego.
