Phillips-Van Heusen To Amend Loan

U.S. apparel company, Phillips-Van Heusen, is in talks to modify the credit facility it entered into in May 2010.

U.S. apparel company, Phillips-Van Heusen, is in talks to modify the credit facility it entered into in May 2010. The credit facility is related to its acquisition of Tommy Hilfiger and certain related companies. The deal includes a voluntary prepayment of $150 million of principal in February 2011 that was previously anticipated to be made by Jan. 30, 2011. The company also made a prepayment of nearly $150 million of principal in December 2010.
