BetaPro Management has increased its Australian stake by completing a second equity investment in BetaShares Holdings. The Horizons BetaPro ETF manager’s initial transaction was completed on March 1, 2010.
The initial deal also allows BetaPro to increase its stake in BetaShares Holdings to 40% if certain further milestones are met. The private Australian holding company launched the BetaShares S&P/ASX 200 Financials Sector ETF and the BetaShares S&P/ASX 200 Resources Sector ETF recently.
