Bank of America Appoints Energy Banking Head

BofA names Oscar Brown managing director of energy investment banking.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch has named Oscar Brown managing director of energy investment banking, and head of the Houston investment banking office, Bank of America reports. He has earlier worked as managing director at Barclays and Lehman Brothers.

Brown will be responsible for furthering client relationships and coordinate with global coverage teams to deliver ideas and solutions to clients. He will report to Laurie Coben, global head of BofA’s energy and power investment banking, and Scott Van Bergh, head of Americas energy investment banking.
