| David Kenny, a veteran NASD examiner, has been named regional director of the broker/dealer practice at RCRS, a compliance and regulatory consulting subsidiary of financial services recruitment giant The Response Cos. Kenny, who left the NASD in December, joined RCRS after more than 30 years working in the NASD’s New York Region. During his tenure there, Kenny was supervisor of examiners for several NASD exam programs, including the Level 1 Firm Exam Unit, which examined the highest risk member firms based on firms’ business operations. Kenny said he would be supervising RCRS consultants and working directly with clients. |
