Average compensation for portfolio managers at mutual funds has grown over compensation reported last year as revealed in the second annual All-America Buy-Side Compensation survey where portfolio managers, research analysts, and those in dual portfolio manager/research analyst roles disclosed their base compensation and expected variable compensation.
