Kristopher (Kip) McDaniel is the chief content officer and group editorial director for Institutional Investor. He was formerly the founding editor of Chief Investment Officer magazine. In 2016, Kip was named the McAllister Editorial Fellow for the Medill Magazine Project at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. Before launching CIO in 2009, Kip rowed for the Canadian National Rowing Team from 2005 until 2008, where he won two bronze medals at the World Rowing Championships (2005 and 2007). Kip has government and land economy degrees from Harvard University (2004) and Cambridge University (2007), and originally hails from Vancouver Island, Canada. He now resides in New York City and Bow, New Hampshire.
Mimi Chiahemen manages the content creation process across all platforms (digital, mobile, print, and video). She works closely with the editors, writers, art team, and production staff in packaging content to maximize its impact across the various platforms. Mimi joins II from Feature Story News, an independent news agency, where she was a broadcast reporter on all things New York City. A native French speaker, with dual citizenship from Kenya and Nigeria, Mimi has a widely international, and varied background. Shes worked for CNBC Africa in South Africa, several film festivals in Vancouver, and produced documentaries with a number of New York s independent filmmakers. Amanda Cantrell edits the daily news and opinion articles for Institutional Investor and also serves as the deputy editor of Alpha, Institutional Investor's hedge fund publication. She has covered hedge funds for more than a decade, chronicling the industry's explosive growth from a cottage industry to one of the most widely followed segments of the capital markets. Amanda has appeared as a commentator on hedge funds on CNBC's Squawk Box, the Today Show, and ABC World News This Morning and has also contributed freelance articles to a variety of publications including the New York Times. She holds a master's degree in journalism from New York University, where she has also worked as an adjunct professor of journalism.

Jeffrey Kutler is editor-in-chief of Risk Professional magazine, the flagship publication of the Jersey City, New Jerseybased Global Association of Risk Professionals. He joined GARP in December 2008 from Institutional Investor, where he served as assistant managing editor, focusing primarily on banking and technology, from 2000 to 2005, and as U.S. editor from 2007 to 2008. Between those stints, Kutler was editor-in-chief of the weekly Securities Industry News.
